Creative

The Role

Objekt is seeking a highly talented and passionate creative to join our ambitious team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the senior team during the initial pitching stage by generating captivating ideas for clients that attract both new and existing audiences.

• Collaborating closely with our production team to ensure that these innovative, engaging, and creative ideas are achievable and realistic.

• Executing ideas flawlessly with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualisation: Develop new ideas for brands, talent, our own channels, and digital broadcasters. Create engaging concepts that work effectively across multiple platforms, whilst understanding the importance of standing out and thinking differently within the framework of the clients’ brand or existing channel.

• Treatments: Write and design visually appealing creative proposals.

• Writing: Create initial scripts, copy, and storyboards.

• Pitching: Work alongside our senior team to shape and sell ideas throughout the creative and pitching process, both internally and externally.

About you

A true content enthusiast who appreciates content in all its forms and constantly seeks inspiration, with a visual reference for everything.

Possess an abundance of unique, stand-out ideas that push boundaries.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to articulate and sell creative thoughts and ideas.Impeccable eye for detail and deep-rooted care for presentation.

Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is a significant advantage.

'Preditor' / Filmmaker

The role

We’re looking for a versatile ‘Preditor’/Filmmaker to join our in-house team and work across a number of projects. The role will be a mix of developing, producing, shooting, editing a variety of content and ideas.

What you'll do

Snapchat - supporting the development, production, shoot and edit of our existing shows on the platform. Alongside our development team, come up with new ideas for series and shooting pilot episodes. 
Branded - organising and shooting projects for our branded clients.
Development - shooting and cutting casting tapes, teasers and sizzles for pitches.
General support - across production, development and post-production teams. Maintaining and managing the company's camera/technical equipment.

About you

You’ll be comfortable shooting on Sony FS7 and editing on Premiere Pro (adobe suite). Being technically proficient with other camera and production equipment and having a willingness to learn, try out and adopt new technology is desirable.

You must take pleasure in being extremely organised with admin and media management and have a desire to support projects wherever help is needed. 
You need to be someone who loves being versatile and strives to help across as much as possible. 

Having a constant flow of new ideas and a love of the entire creative process from concept to delivery is essential.

Finally, you must enjoy what you do and have a good sense of humour. Someone who loves creating content, has fun while doing it and takes pleasure in making a variety of work.

Internship

The role

At Objekt Films we value our interns. We see them as the way to find the next influx of employees and talented people to help us grow our company and deliver work we’re all proud of. We are looking for people who are excited about a role that challenges them, and who’ll embrace the opportunity to work at Objekt Films. This role will provide a range of experience from working with across the development, production and post-production teams as well as covering a number of general admin tasks.

What you'll do

The work will vary significantly from taster tapes and mood reels for pitches, to films, online TV shows and campaigns that reach millions of people. From pre-production brainstorming, logistics and planning, through to working on set, and then finally putting everything together in the edit, we work across all stages of video production.

There will be opportunities for our interns to get experience of a range of different roles in production and post-production – camera operation, sound recording, editing, motion graphics, sound mixing and colour grading.

The right person for this role will have passion for creating amazing video, and an appetite to learn more about the production process. Ideally, they’ll have some experience with some aspects of video production, e.g. camerawork or editing – but also be keen to expand their knowledge in different areas.
