Yoto
Imagination

The brief

Yoto wanted two short videos — a ‘how to’ and a brand film. They had to do the job of explaining the Yoto storytelling product, as well as laying out a consistent visual style.

The idea

We wanted to create a visual style that would be the foundation of Yoto’s marketing. We went with a really playful, cinematic mode, reflective of the vividness of kids' imaginations.

The work

We spec'd a full creative vision, including casting and building the set. We made two films, plus a set of stills, and cut down and reformatted the films so they could be used across platforms.

Our note

It was great to be able to shape a brand’s visual identity, and be given such freedom to play with it. The product really lent itself to a bright and refreshing style, so we really ran with that.

Testimonial

Working with Objekt was a thoroughly enjoyable experience all-round. Not only are they a genuinely lovely bunch of humans, their creativity and work ethic is second to none. They also really know how to squeeze a lot out of a budget. The result was two films that surpassed our expectations, and that have been successfully building brand awareness, and ultimately driving impressive sales.
